My Background

I have been inspecting homes since 1988. I began working in the building trades in 1977. I have been a licensed builder since 1990. I have a degree in residential construction. I completed a carpentry apprenticeship, and I am a journeyman carpenter. I was trained as a pipefitter in the US NAVY. I have also worked as a journeyman plumber.

This report will be in the format of a downlodable pdf. You will have access via a link provided to you at the time of your inspection. This report is your property, and as such, unelss I have your permission, it will not be released to anyone else.
