While you receive the best value with our full home inspection, there are times when a person may only want to have one or two components/systems of the home inspected. In that case, we will come out and inspect said component(s). Components which can be inspected alone are Roof, Exterior, Foundation, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.

The price to inspect a single component is $100.00.●●

The price to insepct two components is $150.00.●●
